Alexandra Edwards Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Alexandra Edwards, of Frostburg, Md., received the Woodward and Virginia Pealer Scholarship and Associate Degree Scholars Award for study at Frostburg State University. Edwards is the daughter of Patrica McAteer and Harry P. Edwards and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
