Alexis DeVault Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Alexis DeVault, of Frostburg, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary/Middle School Dual Certification from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 149th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 550 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
