Alexis DeVault Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Alexis DeVault, of Frostburg, Md., received the Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. DeVault is the daughter of Kip and Tina DeVault and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
