Alexis DeVault Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Alexis DeVault, of Frostburg, Md., received the Barry J. Barton Vietnam Veteran/Agent Orange Scholarship, Esther May Carter Education Scholarship, Nikki Clark Scholarship, James Graham Bravery Memorial Scholarship, Hooley Plunge Special Education Presidential Merit Scholarship, Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. DeVault is the daughter of Kip and Tina DeVault and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
