Amanda Stamper Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Amanda Stamper, of Hagerstown, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 144th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
