Amber Stephens Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Amber Stephens, of Frostburg, Md., received the Jeffrey P. and Carol A. Fegan Presidential Merit Scholarship, Commissioner Charles E. Spahr Presidential Merit Scholarship, Mary Stevens Scholarship and Associate Degree Scholars Award for study at Frostburg State University. Stephens attended Manheim Central High School.

Situated in the mountains of Allegany County, Frostburg State University is one of the 12 institutions of the University System of Maryland. FSU is a comprehensive, residential regional university and serves as an educational and cultural center for Western Maryland.
