Andrea James Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Andrea James, of Frostburg, Md., received the Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and FSU Excellence Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. James is the daughter of Sara Delaney and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
