Andrew Boch Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Andrew Boch, of Mount Savage, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
