Andrew Johnson Receives Master's Degree from Frostburg State University

Andrew Johnson, of Shepherdstown, W.Va., recently received a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Md., during its 150th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
