Andreya Antoine Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Andreya Antoine, of Havre de Grace, Md., received the Jeffrey P. and Carol A. Fegan Presidential Merit Scholarship and Frostburg Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Antoine is the daughter of Alisa and Andre Antoine and attended Joppatowne High School.
