Anecia Whitehead Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Anecia Whitehead, of Frederick, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre and Biology from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 149th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 550 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
