Anecia Whitehead Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Anecia Whitehead, of Frederick, Md., received the Leonard and Jane Schwab Theatre and Speech Scholarship, Loats Foundation Scholarship and Talent in the Arts Scholarship I for study at Frostburg State University. Whiteheadis the daughter of Lawrence and Onley Pearce and attended Tuscarora High School.
