Billy Wrights Receives Master's Degree from Frostburg State University

Billy Wrights, of Cumberland, Md., recently received a Master of Education degree in Education, General from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Md., during its 147th commencement ceremonies. FSU Interim President Dr. Thomas Bowling conferred nearly 500 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
