Bonnie Brashear Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Bonnie Brashear, of Westernport, Md., received the Elisabeth Hitchins Memorial Scholarship, Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship, Music Achievement Award, Student Band Music Assistant Scholarship, Compass Scholarship and Talent in the Arts Scholarship IV for study at Frostburg State University. Brashear is the daughter of Jeffrey Brashear and Jennifer Brashear and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
