Brad Kroner Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Brad Kroner, of Baltimore, Md., received the English Scholarship: Pauline Tustin Hobbs Memorial and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Kroner is the son of Chuck and Michelle Kroner and attended Eastern Technical High School.
