Brandon Parsons Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Brandon Parsons, of Cumberland, Md., received the Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Parsons is the son of Sharon Creamer and attended Fort Hill High School.
