Bridget Willingham Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Bridget Willingham, of Bryantown, Md., received the Stephanie Ann Roper Memorial Scholarship and Talent in the Arts Scholarship I for study at Frostburg State University. Willingham is the daughter of Alice and John Willingham and attended Maurice J. McDonough High School.

Situated in the mountains of Allegany County, Frostburg State University is one of the 12 institutions of the University System of Maryland. FSU is a comprehensive, residential regional university and serves as an educational and cultural center for Western Maryland.
