Brittany Montgomery Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Brittany Montgomery, of Hagerstown, Md., received the Lillian Compton Scholarship, Alma Logsdon Scholarship and Associate Degree Scholars Award for study at Frostburg State University. Montgomeryis the daughter of Rich and Kelly Montgomery and attended North Hagerstown High School.
