Bryan Whitmore Receives Master's Degree from Frostburg State University

Bryan Whitmore, of Hagerstown, Md., recently received a Master of Science degree in Applied Ecology and Conservation Biology from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Md., during its 150th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
