Bryan Whitmore of Hagerstown Presents Research at Frostburg Graduate Research Symposium

In May, Bryan Whitmore of Hagerstown, Md., presented research at the Frostburg State University Graduate Research Symposium: "Successful Establishment of White Oak (Quercus alba) Seedlings in the Southern Appalachians," an oral presentation under Dr. Sunshine Brosi.

The annual Graduate Research Symposium showcased the best research projects performed by FSU graduate students over the previous year. For 2016, 18 oral or poster presentations were given by 29 students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
