Caitlin Squires Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Caitlin Squires, of Oldtown, Md., received the Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and Associate Degree Scholars Award for study at Frostburg State University. Squires is the daughter of James and Lori Squires and attended Fort Hill High School.
