Caley Carter Receives Master's Degree from Frostburg State University

Caley Carter, of North Manchester, Ind., recently received a Master of Science degree in Recreation and Parks Management from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Md., during its 145th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 600 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
