Carilynn Richard Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Carilynn Richard, of Walkersville, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary/Middle School Dual Certification from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
