Carilynn Richard Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Carilynn Richard, of Walkersville, Md., received the Michael Schrodel Scholarship, Loats Foundation Scholarship, Academic Leadership Scholarship and Frostburg Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Richardis the daughter of Gary and Mary Richard and attended Walkersville High School.
