Carilynn Richard Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Carilynn Richard, of Walkersville, Md., received the Jimmy Hollis Education Scholarship, Loats Foundation Scholarship, Academic Leadership Scholarship and Frostburg Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Richard is the daughter of Gary and Mary Richard and attended Walkersville High School.
