Carl McManus Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Carl McManus, of White Plains, Md., received the Jennifer Leigh Johnson Theatre Scholarship, Leonard and Jane Schwab Theatre and Speech Scholarship and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. McManus is the son of Donna and Clifton McManus Sr. and attended Westlake High School.
