Carl McManus Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Carl McManus, of White Plains, Md., received the Alejandro J. Gutierrez Memorial Scholarship, Leonard and Jane Schwab Theatre and Speech Scholarship and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. McManus is the son of Clifton and Donna McManus and attended Westlake High School.
