Christina Ternent Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Christina Ternent, of Lonaconing, Md., received the Sigma Tau Gamma Scholarship: In Memory of Capt. James A. Graham, Class of 1963 and Compass Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Ternent attended Mountain Ridge High School.
