Christina Ternent Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Christina Ternent, of Lonaconing, Md., received the Sigma Tau Gamma Scholarship: In Memory of Capt. James A. Graham, Class of 1963, and in Honor of Henry B. Heller, Class of 1964, Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and Compass Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Ternent is the daughter attended Mountain Ridge High School.
