Cierra Nichols Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Cierra Nichols, of Washington, D.C., received the Dr. John "Jack" and Ruby Riley Elementary Education Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Nichols attended Benjamin Banneker Academic High School.
