Cody Morton Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Cody Morton, of Westernport, Md., received the Turnbull, Hoover and Kahl Scholarship and New Page Employee Upperclassman Scholarship from Frostburg State University. Morton is the son of Chuck and Kelli Morton and attended Mountain Ridge High School.

Situated in the mountains of Allegany County, Frostburg State University is one of the 12 institutions of the University System of Maryland. FSU is a comprehensive, residential regional university and serves as an educational and cultural center for Western Maryland.
