Courtney Seavolt Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Courtney Seavolt, of Big Pool, Md., received the Bloom Belcher Gilliam Scholarship, Dr. Paul P. Hunt Chemistry Achievement Award and Old Main Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Seavolt attended Washington County Technical High School.
