Courtney Seavolt Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Courtney Seavolt, of Big Pool, Md., received the Bloom Belcher Gilliam Scholarship and Old Main Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Seavolt is the daughter of Brian Seavolt and attended Washington County Technical High School.
