Cristian Dohler Rodas Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Cristian Dohler Rodas, of Silver Spring, Md., received the Founders Scholarship and Talent in the Arts Scholarship IV for study at Frostburg State University. Dohler Rodasis the son of Edward and Anabela Dohler and attended John F. Kennedy High School.
