Daniel Koval Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Daniel Koval, of Sabillasville, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art and Design from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 145th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 600 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
