David Lee Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

David Lee, of College Park, Md., received the Jeffrey P. and Carol A. Fegan Presidential Merit Scholarship, Marguerite Witwer Richards Scholarship, Thelma Schockley Scholarship, Charlie and Wanda Steiner Memorial Scholarship, Old Main Scholarship and Talent in the Arts Scholarship II for study at Frostburg State University. Leeis the son of Ki Lee and attended Northeast High School.
