Ebony Brawner Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Ebony Brawner, of Waldorf, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
