Elizabeth Baugher Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Elizabeth Baugher, of University Park, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art and Design from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 146th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
