Elizabeth Hay Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Elizabeth Hay, of Fairhope, Pa., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 146th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
