Elizabeth Hay Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Elizabeth Hay, of Fairhope, Pa., received the Mass Communication Scholarship and Non-resident Academic Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Hayis the daughter of David Hay and Kathy Shroyer and attended Berlin Brothersvalley High School.
