Elizabeth Schramm Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Elizabeth Schramm, of LaVale, Md, received the Allegany Soil Conservation District Scholarship in Honor of Supervisors Who Have Served on the Allegany Soil Conservation District Board and Garden Club of Cumberland Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Schramm is the daughter of Ernest and Kenda Schramm .

Situated in the mountains of Allegany County, Frostburg State University is one of the 12 institutions of the University System of Maryland. FSU is a comprehensive, residential regional university and serves as an educational and cultural center for Western Maryland.
