Eric Groff Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Eric Groff, of Jefferson, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art and Design from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
