Erica Tinsley Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Erica Tinsley, of Cumberland, Md., received the Donald P. Hutchinson Scholarship, G. Wesley and Margaret M. Forrester Education Scholarship, John C. Martin, Sr., Memorial Scholarship, Rita McKenzie Johnson Presidential Merit Education Scholarship and Verizon Scholarships for Education Students Program for study at Frostburg State University. Tinsley is the daughter of Gary and Tammy Tinsley .

Situated in the mountains of Allegany County, Frostburg State University is one of the 12 institutions of the University System of Maryland. FSU is a comprehensive, residential regional university and serves as an educational and cultural center for Western Maryland.
