Frostburg Department of Communication Honors Abbey Rigney of Hampstead with Frosty Award

In May, Abbey Rigney of Hampstead was honored with a Frosty Award in the category Best Short Film, an award she shared with Samantha Politis, for their work, "Adoption: A Personal Narrative."

The second annual Frosty Awards, hosted by Frostburg State University's Department of Communication and the Creative Communication Club, showcased outstanding creativity and artistry in student communications over the past year. Awards were issued in 10 categories.
