Frostburg Department of Communication Honors Catherine McCartney of Pasadena with Frosty Award

In May, Catherine McCartney of Pasadena was honored with a Frosty Award in the category Promotional Photography for her photograph, "Begins with a Bottle."

The second annual Frosty Awards, hosted by Frostburg State University's Department of Communication and the Creative Communication Club, showcased outstanding creativity and artistry in student communications over the past year. Awards were issued in 10 categories.
