Frostburg Department of Communication Honors Emily Taylor of Millersville with Frosty Award

In May, Emily Taylor of Millersville was honored with a Frosty Award in the category Best Video Broadcast for her broadcast on the Hooley Plunge, a charitable fundraiser for the Special Olympics of Allegany County.

The second annual Frosty Awards, hosted by Frostburg State University's Department of Communication and the Creative Communication Club, showcased outstanding creativity and artistry in student communications over the past year. Awards were issued in 10 categories.
