Hannah Bishop Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Hannah Bishop, of Little Orleans, Md., received the Parents Association Scholarship and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Bishopis the daughter of Kenneth and Dona Bishop and attended Hancock Middle Senior High School.
