Hannah Bishop Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Hannah Bishop, of Little Orleans, Md., received the Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship, Founders Scholarship and Parents Association Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Bishop is the daughter of Kenneth and Dona Bishop and attended Hancock Middle Senior High School.
