Holly Busey Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Holly Busey, of Welcome, Md., received the Mary Watson and Richard Norris Chemistry Award and Compass Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Busey is the daughter of Christine and Charles Busey and attended Henry E. Lackey High School.
