Hung Son Bui Nguyen Receives Master's Degree from Frostburg State University

Hung Son Bui Nguyen, of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, recently received a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Md., during its 143rd commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 600 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.

Situated in the mountains of Allegany County, FSU is one of 12 institutions and two regional centers in the University System of Maryland. FSU is a comprehensive, residential regional university and serves as an educational and cultural center for Western Maryland.
